My post AIESEC plans

People have been asking me regarding my plans after this year. I've been thinking about it for a while now, since Dec last year. Things I'll definitely do after my AI term will be:
  • Go back home. I will definitely spend a lot of time talking to my parents though they cannot completely understand what I've just experienced in the last 2 years. I'll also visit friends, some BoAs and AIESEC alumni in Beijing. The bigger purpose is to reconnect with my home country and build some new understanding because in a long run I would love to work and live in China - not necessarily Shanghai though.
  • Go to India to learn meditation and yoga. I reckon I do need some peace and personal space after all. Not that I don't enjoy my life currently. I just wanted to have some time being with myself, reflect on what has happened in the last 2 years, work for a balance between my body and my mind, and of course, read some books. ;-) Also India has been one of the most facinating countries for me. I can think of many more reasons to go!
  • Go for an internship. After all, this year on AI is not 'working abroad' - didn't I just state the obvious? ;-) But it leaves me partly regrets and partly eagerness to experience the real working abroad soon. I'll want to work on humanity issues regarding sustainability in a company, hopefully in Asia. (Haha...I sound like an SN now.)

Now I am still in Asia, in Seoul actually. I haven't prepared a CV yet - should finish it in May or June. Also I'll be saving for the 2nd half of 2006 when I am not earning money but being jobless everywhere around Asia. ;-)

Save my blog! ;-)

When I was visiting Japan, I out of sudden realized that if I don't keep things I've done, places I've visited and people I've had little but interesting conversations with, I might regret later on. And probably there are friends who geuninely care about me (hopefully there are!) will read my blog from time to time. So I am back to blogging again!
